Learning Spaces

learning space

A place to study and work on assignments is important. IMC (Australian National Institute of Management and Commerce) want to not only be places where students attend lectures and tutorials, but a place where individual and group learning is fostered and promoted. To that end, we are committed to providing quality spaces. Our library learning centre, complete with technological aids such as WiFi and computers, as well as other important assets, such as print books and snack area, aims to be the place where you can camp out and plough through your assignments and revision without distraction.

Where are our learning and study spaces?

You can find learning and study spaces in:

  • Suite 1, Bay 3, 2 Locomotive Street, Australian Technology Park (ATP)
  • the common room (outside classroom G05) in the Biomedical Building.
  • Level 3, Building 3, Yerrabingin House, 2 Davy Road

Students are also encouraged to use the Australian Technology Park (ATP) outdoor facilities like the Vice chancellor’s Oval and other group seating areas such as the innovation plaza.

Plans for Improvement

We don't want to rest on our laurels though and have plans for better spaces in 2020 and beyond. The Australian Technology Park (ATP) is expanding and site improvements and expansions will allow IMC to expand and provide students with better-quality facilities and high-tech spaces for learning. Students can also look forward to a wider range of recreational activities and personal services within the ATP precinct.

If you want to be involved in the process of updating and creating an unparalleled library learning space, please give us your feedback on what you want more of at IMC’s Library.
